Art Deco Facades and Bay Living

UHA London has drawn on the Art Deco style of Miami Beach. Expect soft curves, sunlit whites and facades that look more like a resort than a typical high-rise. The theme carries through to the landscape, clubs and plazas.

Low-Density Layout with 81% Open Space

Only 19% of the land is built up. The remaining 81%, more than 8 acres, is given to greens, water features and outdoor recreation. More than 500 trees are planned, including palms, to create a tropical plantation.

Location and Connectivity

Godrej Verano sits at the first exit of Golf Course Extension Road, close to the Aravallis, with mostly low-rise surroundings. A 24 m wide approach road connects the project to a 60 m road. The Southern Peripheral Road is about a kilometre and 5 minutes away, and NH-48 is about 15 minutes away. A proposed Greater SPR is planned to improve access from the sector.
