1.Responsibilities for Sales Manager
2.Recruit, hire, and train sales team
3.Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
4.Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
5.Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
6.Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
7.Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

12.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
13.2-5 years of experience in sales
